Talented Prague based Slovak DJ and drum & bass producer Matzet started his DJ career in 2012. As a producer he gained international recognition in 2016 with his EP released on Dub Voltage and bootleg of house track Tchami & Maala – Prophecy, released on Faceless Audio.
Shortly after that he signed his music to Macky Gee’s label Down 2 Earth Recordings. Matzet has created his own, melodic style and his trademark sound has made him one of the most recognisable young European producers of today.
He is regularly playing at shows all over the Europe with highlights such as Let It Roll festival, Invaderz, Skank n Bass & Imagination festival. His tunes are supported by the likes of Noisia, Sub Focus, Current Value, Macky Gee, Skepsis, Hedex and many more. He is also regularly featured on radio (BBC, Kiss, Rinse FM).
Matzet always comes with strong and crazy sets full of energy, enriched by fresh tunes.
